Quote in,
jobs out.

SUBR reads your client quote and turns it into supplier requests and subcontractor scopes, with nobody retyping it and no subcontractor seeing your margin.

For UK contractors who deliver work through subcontractors and quote in PDFs. Upload the quote. AI reads it and your office checks it. SUBR splits it into the materials your suppliers need, one scope per trade for your subcontractors, and a scope of works for your project manager.

How it works

From one PDF to jobs on site

See each stage

  1. 01

    Quote in.

Upload the client quote. AI reads the client, the address, the dates, the priced lines and the wording. Your office checks it against the document with two ticks. Nothing moves on without them.

  2. 02

Scopes out, cleared before anyone travels.

SUBR cuts one scope per trade, with no job costs, no margin and no client price. Your office sends each subcontractor their link. Once one accepts, the job cannot be marked mobilised until the 23-item pre-start check is done, from RAMS signed by the crew to the subcontractor's compliance in date.

  3. 03

    Jobs run.

One acceptance opens one job and closes the other offers on that scope. The site manager logs each day. Every job from the quote sits on one project, through to close-out.

Who sees what

One job. Each person sees their part.

Inside your firm it works the same way. A surveyor reads and cuts scopes and sees no money. A site manager runs the pre-start check and the day and never sees the quote.

The learning loop

Learns your paperwork. Keeps it to itself.

When your office corrects a read, SUBR keeps that correction as a lesson for your firm. The next quote from the same source is read with it. Your lessons stay in your account: no other firm's reads use them, including the firm pricing against you.

Pricing

One price. Five Founding places.

SUBR is £395 a month per company, excluding VAT. Subcontractors and suppliers answer on links, so they cost nothing. Five Founding Firms, one per trade, get SUBR at £150 a month for their first twelve months.
